As part of its continuing commitment to meeting the accessibility needs of its customers and staff with disabilities, The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Ltd. presents its Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, which addresses compliance requirements from 2012-2017.

The Plan addresses activities and deliverables specified in the Information and Communication, Employment and Design of Public Spaces Accessibility Standards and Regulations and outlines an action plan for meeting these regulations.

This document is available to the public and in alternate format and accessible communication supports upon request.

No Greater Priority

At 16 York, our number one priority is to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for our Tenants. Of the many operational tasks that fill an average 24 hour cycle, nothing takes priority over tenant and site security. We've been in the business long enough to know that a safe and secure environment is also a positive and productive environment.

Our dedicated Security Team monitors the complex round-the-clock via foot patrols and CCTV surveillance. If you have a security emergency, please call 437 244 5620 without delay. All other non-emergency Security enquiries should be directed to the 16 York reception.
