As part of its continuing commitment to meeting the accessibility needs of its clients and staff with disabilities, Cadillac Fairview presents its Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, which addresses compliance requirements from 2012-2017.

The Plan addresses activities and deliverables specified in the applicable standards and regulations and outlines an action plan for meeting these requirements.

This document is available to the public and in alternate format and accessible communication supports upon request.

Security and Life Safety

At Tour Deloitte, our number one priority is to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for our office clients and their visitors. Of the many operational tasks that fill an average 24-hour cycle, nothing takes priority over tenant and site security.  We've been in the business long enough to know that a safe and secure environment is also a positive and productive environment. Our dedicated Security and Life Safety Team monitors the building round-the-clock via foot patrols and CCTV surveillance.

Access Information (Cards / Keys /Main Contact)

In order to maintain a safe and secure environment 24/7, all tenants are required to obtain an access card. To obtain an access card, an email is required from an authorized Tenant Representative or Office Manager. If an access card is lost or stolen, immediately notify CF CONNECT.

After-hours: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday, and statutory holidays.

Emergency Preparedness / Contact Information

Tour Deloitte Security and Life Safety Team is responsible for round-the-clock safety and security of the building and its visitors and occupants. Tour Deloitte’s Security and Life Safety Manager is responsible for all aspects of Emergency Management and Preparedness and the training of all Security and Life Safety personnel in the critical disciplines of Emergency Response, Building Evacuation, Asset Protection, Tenant Awareness and First Aid/CPR.

Training Information

We believe the more our clients know about security and life safety issues such as emergency procedures, CPR and crime prevention, the safer they'll be. In this case, knowledge really is power. Our team is available to come to your office to discuss any matter of interest or conduct training sessions with your staff.

Our Security and Life Safety Team is also responsible for the enforcement of building and fire code regulations, Fire Warden Training and all Life Safety programs.

  • Performance testing of building systems, equipment and emergency personnel
  • Fire safety and code compliance through tests, inspections, preventative maintenance and enforcement
  • Development and delivery of emergency response, contingency and recovery plans
