Amenites: CF Terrace Rooftop Amenity

CF Terrace Rooftop Amenity

This 24,000 sq.ft. outdoor amenity is located at 777 Dunsmuir but is available to all Pacific Centre and HSBC Building office tenants by reservation only.

Located on 777 Dunsmuir’s 3rd floor rooftop, CF Terrace is a newly redesigned urban oasis,  fully furnished with spacious seating and various sporting options. CF Terrace boasts a 24,000 square foot area for tenant enjoyment.

Before entering CF Terrace, tenants will have access to showers and locker rooms equipped with complimentary towel service. Within the amenity there is a large scale yoga mat, bocce court, tennis court and half basketball court. COVID-19 restrictions permitting, tenants can host outdoor staff/client engagements, have lunch, or just have a space to relax in the outdoors. This design supports an advanced work life balance.

Reservation Process 
Reservations are required to access and use the CF Terrace amenity space at this time. CF has partnered with wellness experts, LIVNorth to facilitate bookings. Reservations provide one-hour long access to a specific reserved area, and are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  In order to facilitate occupancy limits, some booking restrictions may apply.

Please note, at this time we will not be offering equipment use or rentals; users are asked to arrive with their own equipment and ensure all personal belongings are taken away at the end of their session. 

Accessing the CF Terrace:

Access to the exterior CF Terrace space is available through the 3rd floor of 777 Dunsmuir. Once on the 3rd floor, users are asked to follow the directional signage on site to reach the exterior amenity space. 

Users are reminded that facial masks are required when travelling in building elevators, and when moving through the common areas and corridors of the building. Users are also reminded to observe elevator occupancy policies in the building.

When open, the CF Fitness Centre at 885 W. Georgia will be available to all Pacific Centre and HSBC Building Office tenants.

Here you will find top of the line fitness equipment including treadmills, weight lifting machines, yoga studio, Peloton bikes and newly appointed shower and change room facilities. Opening date and booking details to be announced.

The Pacific Centre Meeting Room is for the exclusive use of Pacific Centre Tenants. The Pacific Centre Meeting Room is located at Suite 950, 609 Granville Street and is available to meet the needs of your group. It is 1,835 square feet (54 feet x 34 feet) and can accommodate up to 24 attendees in a hollow square style, 50 attendees theatre style, 20 attendees in a u-shape style, 42 attendees classroom style, or up to 60 attendees reception style.

Equipment

The Pacific Centre Meeting Room includes a kitchenette with a fridge and water cooler. The room also comes complete with audiovisual equipment including two 90” wall mounted LED screens, podium, laptop plugin, internet access, portable microphones, and teleconference capabilities.

Meeting Room Rental Rate

  • Standard set up full day: $275
  • Standard set up 1/2 day: $200
  • Any other set up full day: $360
  • Any other set up 1/2 day: $285

Note: standard set up is hollow-square style for 24 attendees. All rental rates include tax.

The HSBC Meeting Room is for the exclusive use Pacific Centre & HSBC Building office clients.

Equipment

The HSBC Building Conference Room includes tables, chairs and one large sized television/monitor. The room is also serviced by men's and women's accessible washrooms. 

Meeting Room Rental Rate

  • Standard set up full day: $360
  • Standard set up 1/2 day: $285

Rental rates are for meetings booked for greater than 4 hours; 1/2 day rental rates are for meetings booked for 4 hours or less. Meetings booked outside the period Monday to Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. are subject to after-hours HVAC charges.

Amenites: Storage Rooms

Storage Rooms

Available in Pacific Centre and HSBC Building.

A limited number of storage rooms of various sizes are available for short or long term lease.

Change Rooms and Shower Facilities

Located at:

  • 3rd floor, 777 Dunsmuir
  • 2nd floor, 701 West Georgia
  • P1 level of the Pacific Centre parkade by the Canada Line elevator

Change room and shower facilities provide complimentary towel service and toiletries. 

Tenants requiring access must email the Cadillac Fairview Management Office so that the appropriate access may be applied to their existing access card.

HSBC Building men’s and women’s change room facilities are located on the concourse level.

Bicycle Cages/Rooms

Located at:

  • 777 Dunsmuir - on the P1 level, opposite the loading dock
  • 700 and 750 West Pender – on the P1 level, at the bottom of the ramp
  • Pacific Centre South Parkade – Underneath 700 West Georgia, P1 level, adjacent to the Canada Line elevator
  • HSBC Building Parkade – on the P1 level, adjacent to the parkade vestibule

An access card is required to access these rooms and may be obtained by emailing Management Office.

Although the outer door is kept locked at all times, we recommend that you keep your bicycle locked as well.

Please note that bicycles are not permitted in the office towers.

Atrium

Location:

725 Granville Street, 4th floor, North side

Available:

7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, (the south side atrium is private)

  • Accessible via card access.
  • There is a common atrium area that is open to the use of 725 Granville Street office tenants.
  • Bookings are available by reservation and should be made in advance by contacting the Cadillac Fairview Management Office

Note: as this atrium is located adjacent to offices, noise levels must be kept to a minimum. No cooking is permitted. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed.

Security & Life Safety

Creating a safe and secure environment for our tenants is, quite simply, the most important job we have. 

Maintaining secure conditions over the three square city blocks of Pacific Centre is an immense task. Our Security Control Centre team, as well as our front-line security personnel, are dedicated to their round-the-clock safety responsibilities.

Access Information
(Cards / Keys / Main Contact)

Because security is a top priority at Pacific Centre, all tenants are required to have an access card in order to access the property after normal business hours. Individuals arriving at the building without their access card will require an authorized tenant representative to escort them into the property. Persons without an access card or keys will also be granted access to the property if an authorizing letter has been received by the Security Control Centre in advance of their arrival.

To obtain an access card or keys, an email is required from an authorized Tenant Representative or Office Manager. If an access card or keys are lost or stolen, immediately notify Building Security at 604.669.3241.

After-hours: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday, and statutory holidays.

Safe Walk

Security offers a Safe Walk service to escort your staff members requiring assistance to their vehicles, bus stop, SkyTrain, and other destinations. This service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To take advantage of this service, contact the Security Control Centre at 604.669.3241 to arrange for a member of our Security team meet you at your office or a convenient location. Fifteen minutes' advance notice is usually required.

Cadillac Fairview is committed to providing the necessary resources and procedures to ensure that Pacific Centre responds effectively to any emergency or disaster, so tenants and visitors to the Centre can work in a safe environment.

Training Information

Throughout the year we present tenants with a variety of Awareness and Training sessions, ranging from Fire Prevention Training to Emergency Preparedness courses.

  • Lunch and Learn Seminars - These regularly scheduled sessions address a range of topics. From health and safety issues to security awareness.
  • Fire Prevention Training.
  • Emergency Warden Training - Semi-annual classes are conducted for all volunteer Fire Wardens.

COVID-19 Update

At Cadillac Fairview (CF) the safety and security of our employees, tenants and guests remains a top priority. CF’s COVID-19 national taskforce has been working in consultation with our service partners, industry leaders and clients to develop return-to-work plans at our office properties.

The below guideline provide an overview of the measures we have implemented to continue to provide a safe and healthy work environment at the Pacific Centre and HSBC Building Office Complex.
