Amenites: Art Collection

Art Collection

TD Centre boasts art pieces in all tower lobbies, entirely from Canadian artists.

Art Gallery

The one-of-a-kind Toronto Dominion Gallery of Indigenous Art features a selection of artwork from Canada's Indigenous people. 

Curated by TD Bank, the gallery is located on the ground and Mezzanine levels of 79 Wellington St. West.  Admission is free.

Bike Racks

Bike racks are located at the entrances to each tower.

A secured bike cage, located in 79 Wellington St. West, P1 Level, is also available for TD Centre tenants.

Bike Tool Kits

Air pumps and repair kits are available at all tower lobbies for anyone needing a quick fix.

Canada Post

A full-service Canada Post outlet is located in the concourse level of 77 King St. West.

Amenites: Car Wash & Detailing

Car Wash & Detailing

Located on P2 Level of 222 Bay, CleanCar Co. will not only wash your car while you're at the office or visiting a client, they will also detail it inside and out.


Integrating faith and work, the King-Bay Chaplaincy offers spiritual guidance for all denominations. Open Monday to Friday, they are available by appointment, for drop-ins and for events.

Child Care Services

Kids + Company is a full-time childcare centre located in 95 Wellington Street West and offers childcare for all ages as well as emergency or back-up care and holiday camps.

Concierge Services

Lane Perks is an online corporate concierge service that provides a variety of discounted tickets and value added services to tenants of the TD Centre.

20 Tesla charging stations are located on the P2 Level of 66 Wellington St. West, for complementary charging.

5 Flo charging stations are located on the P1 Level of 66 Wellington St. West. Charging is available for a nominal fee.

Emergency Response Team

Our Emergency Response Team (ERT) is on duty Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm. TDC ERT personnel are able to provide emergency aid in life threatening situations prior to the arrival of 911 EMS personnel. All ERT members are certified instructors in First Aid, CPR, AED, WHMIS and Fire Warden training.

Security and Life Safety


In the event of an emergency, preparation and informed action can save lives. Below are highlighted key emergency contacts and procedures in the case of an emergency.

Medical Emergency

Immediately notify EMS at 911, then contact Building Security at 416-366-7823. If Building Security has been contacted first, follow up immediately with a call to 911. Note: To prevent further injury, try not to move the injured person.

TDC has an Emergency Response Team (ERT) who is able to provide emergency support prior to the arrival of EMS personnel (in most circumstances). All ERT members are certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, and WHMIS. They are also Fire Warden trained and have access to medical supplies on-site for emergency situations, including AED's in each building.

Bomb and Relay Threats

Call Building Security at 416-366-7823.

Fire Emergency or Alarm

If smoke or fire is discovered on your floor or in any part of the complex, immediately activate the closest Manual-Pull Station.

  • Leave via stairwells.
  • Do not use the elevators.
  • Once you have exited the building, proceed to your company's designated meeting location and wait for instructions. Once the emergency is over, Fire Service clearance will be given to re-enter the building.


All TDC tenants require a Tenant Passcard to enter their premises and the property during non-business hours. If you're a new employee or an existing one who has lost your card, please visit the Passcard Office on the concourse level of 77 King Street West. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. If you have any questions concerning your Passcard, please contact the Passcard Security Office at 416-862-3650 or Important: All new Passcard forms must be completed and signed by a Tenant Representative or Office Manager.

Occupant Engagement Program

Lead by The Green Council, a tenant advisory steering committee, the Occupant Engagement Program (OEP) services as the impetus for building awareness, educating and acting as the vehicle for change.

Campaigns are developed with the goal of driving sustainability and wellness through engagement and behavior change, providing new opportunities for landlords, tenants and occupants to work collaboratively.
