The Bay-Dundas Parkade is a 3-level, fully enclosed facility with 549 parking spaces available on a reserved or hourly basis for tenants and visitors. An additional 857 parking spaces are available at the Yonge Parkade, which is also connected to the shopping centre, for a combined total of 1,406 stalls. Monthly parking patrons enter and exit the parkade utilizing a transponder while transient parking patrons have convenient access to the parkades’ credit card payment system. Both parking facilities contain stalls for patrons with special needs and stalls for expectant mothers located near main doorways, as well as preferred stalls for carpools. In addition, the Yonge Parkade contains 2 preferred parking spaces for hybrid vehicles and 2 preferred parking spaces for Zip Cars (cars associated with a car sharing service). LED and metal halide fixtures provide nighttime illumination of the parking lot and entrances.

Auto Groom

The Auto Groom has been operating since 1987. For over 30 years this family business has been taking care of Toronto’s finest automobiles and Toronto’s finest automobile owners. They offer both mobile and stationary detail shops and are located in the Yonge Parkade on Level 2.

The Auto Groom takes great pride in their work and through employee training and procedures they focuses on customer service and a great job. Car detailing specialists take care of our customers and aim to make your experience with The Auto Groom an enjoyable one.

Cadillac Fairview SHOP! card

Redeemable at thousands of the top shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations in CF malls across Canada, and available for purchase at the Guest Services Desk on Level 2. Eservus is an online corporate concierge service that provides discounted tickets and services to tenants in office buildings! We offer our services in hundreds of buildings, consisting of 70 million square feet, in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and Boston. CF TEC Scene is the CF Toronto Eaton Centre Office Properties regular newsletter. It is an interesting and informative publication for office clients and is a great read with features articles on retail and office tenants, TEC events, Green programs, building operations, and community events. with insights on events and general building operations.

Security and Life Safety

No Greater Priority

At CF Toronto Eaton Centre, our number one priority is to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for our office and retail tenants. Of the many operational tasks that fill an average 24-hour cycle, nothing takes priority over client and site security. We've been in the business long enough to know that a safe and secure environment is also a positive and productive environment.

Our dedicated Security Team monitors the complex round-the-clock via foot patrols and CCTV surveillance. If you have a security emergency, please call 416-598-8547 without delay.

If you have a medical emergency, first call 911 and then Building Security at 416-598-8547.

Security staff are trained to control a situation until police, fire or ambulance services arrive. Staff receive training in the following areas:

  • Standard First Aid & CPR
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification
  • Building Evacuation Procedures
  • Fire Safety
  • Basic Emergency Management


The CF Toronto Eaton Centre Fire and Life Safety Team in tandem with Centre Security is responsible for round-the-clock safety and security of the complex and its office clients. CF Toronto Eaton Centre has a Manager of Life Safety, whose responsibility is to oversee all aspects of Emergency Management and Preparedness and the training of all Security and Life Safety personnel in the critical disciplines of Emergency Response, Building Evacuation, Asset Protection, Tenant Awareness and First Aid/CPR.

The Fire and Life Safety Team is also responsible for the enforcement of building and fire code regulations, Fire Warden Training and all Life Safety programs.

  • Performance testing of building systems, equipment and emergency personnel
  • Fire safety and code compliance through tests, inspections, preventative maintenance and enforcement
  • Development and delivery of emergency response, contingency and recovery plans
  • Awareness training and support to internal CF Toronto Eaton Centre departments and our diverse group of office clients
  • Develop and facilitate health and safety training programs

General Updates

General building updates and announcements.

  • The Ontario Line - Metrolinx Hydrovac Investigation: Queen Street & James Street

Cadillac Fairview received a notice from Metrolinx regarding investigative hydrovac work planned at Queen Street & James Street. This project involves using a vaccum truck to gather information and evaluate underground conditions. Work is expected to begin June 7, 2021 from 9:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. for approximately one week.  Expect lane reductions, traffic delays, sidewalk restrictions and noise.
