The Bay-Dundas Parkade is a 3-level, fully enclosed facility with 549 parking spaces available on a reserved or hourly basis for tenants and visitors. An additional 857 parking spaces are available at the Yonge Parkade, which is also connected to the shopping centre, for a combined total of 1,406 stalls. Monthly parking patrons enter and exit the parkade utilizing a transponder while transient parking patrons have convenient access to the parkades’ credit card payment system. Both parking facilities contain stalls for patrons with special needs and stalls for expectant mothers located near main doorways, as well as preferred stalls for carpools. In addition, the Yonge Parkade contains 2 preferred parking spaces for hybrid vehicles and 2 preferred parking spaces for Zip Cars (cars associated with a car sharing service). LED and metal halide fixtures provide nighttime illumination of the parking lot and entrances.

Security staff are trained to control a situation until police, fire or ambulance services arrive. Staff receive training in the following areas:
The CF Toronto Eaton Centre Fire and Life Safety Team in tandem with Centre Security is responsible for round-the-clock safety and security of the complex and its office clients. CF Toronto Eaton Centre has a Manager of Life Safety, whose responsibility is to oversee all aspects of Emergency Management and Preparedness and the training of all Security and Life Safety personnel in the critical disciplines of Emergency Response, Building Evacuation, Asset Protection, Tenant Awareness and First Aid/CPR.
The Fire and Life Safety Team is also responsible for the enforcement of building and fire code regulations, Fire Warden Training and all Life Safety programs.
