This fitness facility is part of both Granville Square and PricewaterhouseCoopers Place.

The PwCP Fitness Centre has reopened, and protocols are in place to ensure the safety of all users. Members will have to book their 60 minute fitness session ahead time and only 6 members are allowed in the room at a time. Towel service has been suspended and water coolers have been removed until further notice. Please ensure that you bring your own towel and water.

Due to COVID-19 the Waterfront Centre Fitness Centre will remain closed until further notice. The PwCP Fitness Centre is for all tenants at the Waterfront Properties (Granville Square, Waterfront Centre, PricewaterhouseCoopers Place, and The Station).

This meeting room can be used in conjunction with the adjoining lunchroom that is shared with other tenants and staff. The lunchroom is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

Includes 90 chairs, 26 tables, ceiling mounted
screen and LCD
projector, WiFi, podium, and flip charts.

$295/per day + GST

Maximum People: 90

Amenites: PWC Place Meeting Room

PWC Place Meeting Room

PricewaterhouseCoopers Place, on the mezzanine level of 250 Howe Street.

Includes 36 boardroom chairs, 17 tables, ceiling-mounted LCD projector and screen, sound system, conference phone, WiFi, podium, flip charts, and microphone. Also includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven.

Registration forms (available from the Fitness Coordinator at the PricewaterhouseCoopers Place Fitness Centre) must be completed before access can be granted.

A limited number of storage rooms of various sizes are available for short or long term lease at Waterfront Properties.

Amenites: Bike Parking

Bike Parking

Location:

Bike racks outside all four buildings, bike cages inside Waterfront Centre, Granville Square, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Place buildings.

Access:

An access card is required to access bicycle cages and a registration form may be obtained through the Fitness Coordinator.

Details:

Bike racks are for short-term use (20 minutes only). For longer-term daily use, please use the secure, dry, and accessible cages.

CADILLAC FAIRVIEW’S COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY

We are committed to serving all our customers, without any barriers of any kind.

Barrier free access is available to all Waterfront Properties buildings and parkades. Washrooms on the majority of floors are designed to accommodate special accessibility requirements. Listed below are the entrance routes to each tower for the physically challenged.

200 Burrard - Waterfront Centre: Main Lobby – access to office tower from Main Lobby or from the Waterfront Centre parkade on the P2 and P4 levels.

200 Granville - Granville Square: access to office tower from Main Lobby or via PricewaterhouseCoopers Place lobby and passenger elevator to Granville Square Main Lobby.

250 Howe - PricewaterhouseCoopers Place: Main Lobby – access to office tower.

601 West Cordova - The Station: Main Lobby – access through the retail concourse.

Security & Life Safety

Creating a safe and secure environment for our tenants is, quite simply, the most important job we have. 

Maintaining secure conditions over the two city blocks of Waterfront Properties is an immense task. Our Security Operations Centre team, as well as our front-line security personnel, are dedicated to their round-the-clock safety responsibilities.

Access Information (Cards / Keys /Main Contact)

Because security is a top priority at Waterfront Properties, all tenants are required to have an access card in order to access the property after normal business hours. Individuals arriving at the complex without their access card will require an authorized tenant representative to escort them into the property. Persons without an access card or keys will also be granted access to the property if an authorizing letter has been received by the Security Operations Centre in advance of their arrival.

To obtain an access Card or keys, an email is required from an authorized Tenant Representative or Office Manager. If an access card or keys are lost or stolen, immediately notify Building Security at 604.646.8037.

After-hours: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday, and statutory holidays.

Safe Walk

We understand that it's not always possible to complete all your work during normal business hours. That can mean working late into the night or on weekends.

Security offers a Safe Walk service to escort your staff members requiring assistance to their vehicles, bus stop, SkyTrain, and other destinations. This service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To take advantage of this service, contact the Security Operations Centre at 604.646.8037 to arrange for a member of our Security team to meet you at your office or a convenient location. Fifteen minutes' advance notice is usually required.

Emergency Preparedness / Contact Information

Cadillac Fairview is committed to providing the necessary resources and procedures to ensure that Waterfront Properties responds effectively to any emergency or disaster, so tenants and visitors to the properties can work in a safe environment.

Training Information

Throughout the year we present tenants with a variety of Awareness and Training sessions, ranging from Fire Prevention Training to Emergency Preparedness courses. 

  • Lunch and Learn Seminars - These regularly scheduled sessions address a range of topics. From health and safety issues to security awareness.

  • Fire Prevention Training.

  • Emergency Warden Training - Semi-annual classes are conducted for all volunteer Fire Wardens.

PwCP Fitness Facility Safety Guidelines

PwCP Fitness Facility Guidelines

  • Please do not make a booking if you are feeling unwell.
  • Each member may book 1 session per day, up to 7 days in advance.
  • If a desired time slot is full you can select to be put on the wait list. If a space comes available, you will be notified by either email or text (depending on how you set up your account).
  • If you need to cancel your booking, this must be done at least 30 minutes prior to your session.
  • All visitors must sign in at the front desk.
  • Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes prior to your booking
  • Only members that have signed up for a gym session will be granted access to the fitness facility. 
  • Personal belongings are not permitted in the fitness facility other than your own towel to lay on while using equipment and your own drinking water.
  • All visitors must follow hygiene practices upon entry, while using the facility and before leaving.
  • Masks are mandatory.
