As part of its continuing commitment to meeting the accessibility needs of its customers and staff with disabilities, The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Ltd. presents its Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, which addresses compliance requirements from 2012-2017.
The Plan addresses activities and deliverables specified in the Information and Communication, Employment and Design of Public Spaces Accessibility Standards and Regulations and outlines an action plan for meeting these regulations.

At Yonge Corporate Centre, we've been in the business long enough to know that a safe, secure environment is also a positive and productive environment.
Because security is a top priority at Yonge Corporate Centre, all clients are required to have a passcard in order to access the property after normal business hours. Individuals arriving at the complex without their passcard will require an authorized client representative to escort them into the property. Persons without a passcard, such as visitors, will also be granted access to the property if an authorizing letter has been received by the Security Operations desk in advance of their arrival.
Many of our clients work late or on weekends, and we want them to feel safe and secure when leaving the office to access their car or transit. To provide added security and peace of mind, we've created the Safe Walk Program. Call 416-222-4993 to arrange for a security guard escort from your office to your destination.
Yonge Corporate Centre has been designed to be as fire proof a complex as possible with sprinklers and 24 hour monitoring throughout the office floors, concourse and parking garage. Still, the possibility of a fire occurring does exist. We therefore have in place Emergency Fire and Evacuation Procedures. Clients, with the assistance of volunteer client Fire/Evacuation Wardens, are required to be familiar with all evacuation procedures if an emergency does arise.

If a fire alarm does sound, the evacuation system will automatically place the complex in fire mode. The following sequence of events will occur.
It is important for all clients to be aware of procedures and responsibilities in place in the event of an emergency.
